Q. student mail cannot receive and sent out email
Dear user, please check your inbox kuota. You ay not receive any new email if your inbox is full. Please clear your inbox and trash bin to enable space for new mail in inbox.
For your information, sent email also requires a little amount of space before sending the email. Be sure to check your email kuota every time opening your student mail.
- Hello, i already clear my inbox and trash bin but the quota also full. How i should do?
- You may check the status bar below your name in the unimap mail, if it display green color means it already clear. If it still in red color, you may have to check every folder in your email and clean all the content in it. Alternately, you may also contact UniMAP ICT Department for technical assistant regarding this matter.
