I have contacted the Library of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM Penang) about a PhD thesis. Their inform all user cannot borrow the PhD thesis, just reading / reference in their library.

Therefore you can go to the library and ask at the Reference Counter . They will assist you to Malaysia Arkib (the section of Phd thesis). You need to bring the matric card as identification you are postgraduate students in UniMAP.
