How can I restore a deleted paper so that I can view it in the assignment inbox?

If you have deleted a student paper from an assignment in one of your classes, Turnitin Technical Support may be able to restore it.

Please contact your librarian for them to raise a case, and please also provide the email address of the student who submitted the deleted paper and another Paper ID from the same assignment, so that Support can locate the correct one.

Or alternately, you can provide the Class ID and Account ID for particular Instructor so Support team can restore all the submission under that class.

Note: If the 'no repository' assignment setting option was selected, there is a 90 day grace period after deletion for restoring a paper.
